Joe Biden

On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, Joe Biden (unfortunately) was sworn in as the 46^th President of the United States. Soon after that, Biden ended the highly successful remain-in-Mexico policy President Trump had established that reduced the rate of illegal aliens entering our country to the lowest level in more than 40 years. Biden's termination of that policy and establishment of a catch-and-release policy for illegal aliens entering our nation has resulted in historic high levels of illegal aliens entering and remaining in our country.  

Why would an American president purposely allow millions of illegal aliens, many potential terrorists with the desire to destroy and kill us, into our homeland? One can only speculate why. It doesn't matter why. What matters is that he is allowing the invasion of our country with the support of elected Democrats in Congress. The actions of Biden and congressional Democrats are shameful and, I dare say, treasonous.

The American Heritage Dictionary of the English language defines treason as the betrayal of allegiance toward one's own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts. It further defines treason as the betrayal of someone's trust or confidence. Biden has indeed betrayed the trust and confidence of Americans by willfully allowing illegal and unvetted aliens entry into our country. As President, Biden is trusted with the security of our nation. He has failed!

Article 10 of the United States Code outlines the role of the United States Armed Forces. It provides the legal basis for each service's roles, missions, and organization. Title 10 of the US Code defines aiding the enemy as aiding, or attempting to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition, supplies, money, or other things. As Commander in Chief, the President should be held to the same standard of accountability as military members concerning the aiding of the enemy. Biden is guilty of aiding our enemies by willfully allowing easy entry into our homeland.

Allowing aliens, no doubt many sworn enemies of the United States, illegal entry into our country certainly falls within "or other things" of Title 10. More than 25,000 Chinese citizens, most of whom are men of military age, have freely entered our nation because of Biden's willful dereliction of duty. Plus, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of unvetted Muslims who are potential terrorists. Many come from Iran or other Middle Eastern nations that despise the United States.

According to Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, one of two definitions for treason is providing aid and comfort to subjects of a foreign government that is openly hostile (Iran, China) to the United States. Penalty: Under U.S. Code Title 18, the penalty for treason is either death or not less than five years' imprisonment (with a minimum fine of $10,000 if not sentenced to death).

Again, more than 25,000 Chinese military-age men have entered our country illegally since Biden became President and Commander in Chief. They were released into our country, and we do not know where they are or what they are doing. Does anyone believe we are not in danger because of Biden's open border policy? Biden's actions are treasonous!

As of the date of this writing (3/12/24), there haven't been any large-scale hostile acts (yet) on our nation unless you consider the more than one hundred thousand deaths from overdoses of fentanyl courtesy of Mexican cartels funded and supplied by the Chinese Communist Party. The fentanyl is dispersed throughout our nation by the large number of getaways that slip through the overwhelmed border security personnel. How many terrorists have done the same? Many Americans and American businesses have been vandalized. Women and children have been murdered or killed by unlicensed and drunk illegal alien drivers. Joe Biden is responsible.

We have all heard the tragic story of Laken Riley. A young college student in Georgia was brutally murdered by one of Joe Biden's catch-and-release illegal aliens. The killer, an illegal alien invited by Biden to freely enter our country, should have been deported the first time he was caught. Because of Joe Biden's inept policies and dereliction of duty, Laken Riley is dead. Biden has been shown several times eating ice cream in public and enjoying life while thousands of Americans are dying and murdered because of his dereliction of duty. Joe Biden has blood on his hands.

Benedict Arnold is the most infamous traitor in American history. Joe Biden is seeking that distinction with the deaths of thousands of Americans because of the sanctioned invasion of unvetted illegal aliens. Joe Biden has betrayed our trust and safety without remorse. Joe Biden has committed treason and is a traitor.
